About Me

Hi, I’m Antoine Lemay. I’m a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ottawa. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down to earth. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, addictions, or difficulties managing emotions. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find strategies that can help you move forward.

My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, at your own pace, while working toward growth, healing, and resilience.

Struggling with addiction can feel isolating and overwhelming, but change is possible. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns and emotions connected to addictive behaviors and build healthier coping strategies. My goal is to support you in creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem can hold us back from living fully and confidently. In therapy, we’ll work on uncovering the roots of self-doubt and strengthening your sense of self-worth. I aim to help you see your strengths more clearly and feel empowered in your day-to-day life.

Trauma

Anxiety can take many forms: constant worry, racing thoughts, or physical tension. Through therapy, we’ll develop tools to calm the mind and body while also addressing the underlying causes of your anxiety. My aim is to help you feel more grounded and at ease.
